As of this time there is no statewide agreement on a course of study for future Earth Science or Geology teachers. Students interested in this course of study should investigate the availability of jobs in their area. Such an agreement is currently being developed.

A rough draft of two potential courses of study are shown below.  The requirements listed here are different enough from those for other subjects that completing an additional course of study in another subject would be difficult.  Please note that the demand for General Science teachers is currently greater than the demand for Earth Science teachers so students interested in teaching Earth Science could also consider an endorsement in General Science.
