What's a Physlet?
A Physlet is an animation made using one of the
Java-based programs written by Wolfgang Christian of Davidson College.
Physlets work best using Internet Explorer or Mozilla (available from Netscape).
This physlet is designed to illustrate the PHASES OF
THE MOON. It is intended to be the second physlet that students play with
on this topic, but it makes a good illustration.
When you open it you will see buttons for
"Play", "Pause",
"Reset", "1 week >>", etc.
Play with the buttons and see what happens.
